Obituary of Peggy Ann Rybak

Peggy Ann Rybak, age 83, peacefully passed away with grace of Breast Cancer in her granddaughters’ home of Lake Tapps, Washington, on January 19th 2020 in the evening hours at 8:24PM. Formally a long-time resident of Detroit, Michigan. She was dearly loved by her children, family and friends.

Peggy was born on February 12th 1936 in Shelby County, Memphis, Tennessee.  Peggy was born to Ethel Fay Marsh “Morgan” & James Felix Morgan.  Peggy has 2 siblings, Sonja Fay and James “JC”.

Peggy is dearly loved and survived by her 5 children: Rhonda, Vicky, Tina, Nina and Eric. She also has 9 Grandchildren; Rhonda, Michael, Danny, Keith, Christopher, Andrew, Heather, Randy and Hailey; 9 Great-grandchildren, Robert, Katie, Michael, Devin, Bianca, Jack, Ronnie, Rowen, Rhoads and 1 Great-great-grandson, James Junior. Peggy was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother. She was very proud of her family and was excited to become a great-great grandmother and spend time with her family.

After Peggy married, she threw her energies into raising her children, and was open to all neighboring children, she was always caring & giving to others in need. When Peggy was younger, she enjoyed fishing, camping and boating with her family. Peggy also enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and canning. But these days recently nothing can surpass her love for crossword puzzles, Mash, and the series of “The Walking Dead.”

Peggy will always be remembered as a loving mother & grandmother whose greatest passion was helping others. Peggy was known for her fun witty loving sense of humor. She will be missed by all that know her.

Family and friends will be invited to gather at Sumner Cemetery, 12324 Valley Ave. E., Sumner, Washington, 98391 at 11am. Followed by a memorial At her granddaughters home, 18019 17th St. E, Lake Tapps, WA 98391 at 12:30pm.
