I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad and grandpa. We have wonderful memories. One was (Oct,1976) on my visit west with Sue Flatau. Walt, Deb and I went for a boat ride around the harbor. I’m sure he only thought of it as a fishing trip. I surprisingly snagged a huge salmon and Deb helped me haul it in. Walt was visibly surprised ( I think he raised one eyebrow and said now that is a nice fish) It turned out to be 29 inches, 62 lbs. I loved conversing with Uncle Walt. He was so quiet, smart, encouraging. I’m also so happy he got to be amongst family during this awful covid year. Take care. Terry Schoenborn
