Obituary of Jennifer West

Jennifer Lynne West of Lake Tapps, WA passed away on June 27th, 2022 at the age of 57.

Jennifer was born on August 29th, 1964 in Stanton, CA to Lenore Grohs and Donald Brown. Her family moved to Washington State in 1975. She obtained her AA from Green River Community College in 1982 and was employed with Boeing for 33 years following.

Jennifer’s hobbies included camping with her family, fishing, traveling, reading, and relaxing. She was an animal lover who rescued many cats (and crows, and squirrels..) throughout her years. Her German Shepherds, Jake and Loki, were her pride and joy. She loved her family and she treasured all the moments she spent with them. She had a great sense of humor, a huge heart, and an attitude that made her a fierce friend to have in your corner. We will miss her so much.

She joins her brother, Mark Brown, who preceded her death. May they dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Jennifer is survived by her husband, Kenneth West, daughters, Sarah Diepeveen and Alison Wells, son, Jesse Wells, parents, Lenore Grohs and Don Brown, sister, Lisa Greer, and brother, David Brown.

Services on Sat. July 23rd at 2:00pm at Hill Funeral Home in Puyallup. A Celebration of Life will follow immediately afterward.
